- Start the week with a visit to a family run farm park. Meet all the of friendly animals and enjoy fun, safe, quality time together participating in all the family activities in the play areas.
- Head down to Symonds Yat for an easy canoe ‘paddleabout’ on the magnificent River Wye. This introductory trip is ideal for the whole family and is perfect to enjoy the fantastic surroundings and stunning vistas the area has to offer. Along the way, you can see a variety of wildlife from otters, mink, swans, geese, deer, wild boar, peregrine falcons and plenty more.
Why not have a competition – Who spied the most wildlife??!!
- ‘Apron up’ and get creative and make your own vase, each family member (whatever age) can join in the fun on the potter’s wheel with the support of the in-house potter’s wheel expert.
- Enjoy time foraging in the Herefordshire hedgerows under the guidance of a foraging specialist. The whole family can learn about all the different plants, flowers and fruits that you will find. Afterwards head back, with all that you have found, for a tasty foraged lunch.
