Guided Tour of Cardiff with Music, Tea and Cake!

Today we join our South Wales Tour Guide Ian Thomas for a guided tour of Cardiff.
We find out all about the history and heritage of which helped put the city on the worldwide map.
First Stop, we meet Ian ‘down the Bay’ with free time to explore the morning coffee options. After, we board the Princess Katherine Boat and Cruise along the River Taff to the city centre.
After a short walking tour of the city, there will be free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, we visit St John’s Church which is the only other building dating back to pre medieval times, other than Cardiff Castle. Our day ends (as it usually does) with an enjoyable afternoon tea** (arranged by the Friends of St Johns Church).
We will also have entertainment included in the form of Soprano singer Sarah Griffiths, a member of the BBC National Chorus of Wales.

** A selection of sandwiches and cakes with hot or cold drinks will be served possibly in the Vestry. (access isn’t ideal, so we are looking for a plan B!)
